How do we break the cycles?

Breaking the toxic cycle that lingers with you after a relationship with a narcissist takes a lot of effort, strength, and courage.

That's why I'm so glad you're here because that's exactly what we're going to work on.

There are several steps involved -

1 - Getting a good foundation of understanding as to what exactly is going on with the cycles, and why they occur, what your triggers are and your responses to them, and how it continues.

2 - Changing your mindset. This is through adopting positivity and also reframing your thoughts.

3 - Healing your relationship with yourself through self-love, self-care, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness.

4 - Finding new ways to do all of those things with tools and techniques such as mindfulness & meditation, and emotional freedom technique, as well as other tools.
